1971
BSL founded. Launched English Speaking courses covering speaking, writing, listening & reading, plus a 12-week Personality Development (PD) program — regularly updated ever since.
1985
Expanded into foreign language certifications — French, German & Spanish first, followed by Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic & Korean. CEFR framework adopted for proficiency levels A1 to C2.
2003
Launched Corporate Training Programs for MNCs, schools, corporates, and BPOs — a segment where BSL remains the preferred training partner.
2005
Fully launched IELTS, PTE, and OET preparation programs, along with Study Abroad consulting, Permanent Residency (PR) support for Canada, and Australian immigration services.
2009
Introduced globally recognised certifications in ESL, TESOL, and TEFL. QR-based verifiable certificates introduced upon course completion.
